You may make use of social media platforms controlled by the monopolies such as Facebook and Twitter should you wish, but you should never rely upon them. Instead, register accounts for your (r)evolutionary committee at https://mathaba.org (Site No Longer Exist) (forum), http://pub.mathaba.net (Site No Longer Exist) (publish your news articles), https://mathaba.info (Site No Longer Exist) (micro blog and evolutionary social information network alternative to Twitter/Facebook) or http://identi.ca. For secure communications use Jabber/XMPP by downloading http://pidgin.im and registering an XMPP account at a domain such as jabber.org. Install the encryption plugin from http://www.cypherpunks.ca/otr so that the Enemies of Life cannot spy on your communications. You can use all of the above tools to communicate with other members of your (r)evolutionary committee or mathaba, as well as for communications from your mathaba to the public.
